Listán Blanco, known as Palomino on the Spanish mainland, is a white grape variety originating from Andalusia. It is the principal grape used in the production of Sherry, covering about 95% of the total vineyard area in the Jerez region. The grape has also been introduced to the Canary Islands, where it is known as Listán Blanco and has adapted well to the unique volcanic soils and microclimates.

Large, pyramid-shaped bunches with medium-sized, spherical grapes that are yellowish-green in color.
